Boeschen Cabernet Sauvignon Estate 2011

Very good for the vintage; nice notes of cassis, blackberry, blueberry, cedar, herbs, bell pepper, coffee, and vanilla. The palate is integrating well, still young, but delicious and fruit forward with nice plush tannins. The oak is integrating nicely and I think this should peak in 3-5 years. Doesn’t have the concentration for long aging, but a good effort for a cool year.
